Quick FAQ’s About Services

(please see FAQ page for additional questions)

  • The initial evaluation involves a lot of information gathering & getting to know your story.

It’s is a confidential, 60 minute appointment where we go over your detailed medical history, concerns, and current symptoms.

After getting your history, we perform a comprehensive physical exam where we assess your posture, movement patterns, strength, mobility, coordination, breathing, & more. Depending on your symptoms & goals, we may also look at how your body moves during everyday activities like bending, squatting, lifting, walking, or running.

We also typically recommend an internal & external pelvic floor exam — always with your full consent & only within your comfort level. A pelvic exam is never required.

After this, we will develop an individualized treatment plan, review education about your condition, and begin your home exercise program.

  • Rythm Pelvic Health is an out-of-network provider, which means I do not have contracts with insurance companies.

Many patients are reimbursed for their visits. If you’d like to seek reimbursement, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.

  • Payments can be made using credit cards, flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), & cash.

Payment is due at the time of service.

  • At this time, Rythm is not able to accept Medicare.

If you have Medicare coverage, I’m still happy to point you toward other local options that may be a better fit for your insurance needs.

  • This can vary greatly depending on why you’re coming in, your specific goals with PT, & how your body responds to treatment.

Many patients begin with weekly visits. and then space things out as they begin to feel better.

Your plan of care will always be tailored to you and adjusted along the way.
