<image:title>Home - Meet the Founder & Pelvic Health Specialist:</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi- I’m Kat! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health. I combine a “whole-body”, & manual approach to therapy so you can overcome your symptoms for good. My goal is to create a warm, safe, & comfortable environment (with an occasional sprinkle of humor when appropriate) where you feel supported, & encouraged throughout your care.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - My Philosophy</image:title>
<image:caption>I believe in a hands-on, whole-body approach to pelvic rehab as nothing in our bodies works alone (even if it sometimes feels like it). That means I’m looking beyond just your pelvic floor- I assess from your head to your toes, your movement, & your day-to-day habits—to really understand the full picture. From there, we connect the dots & get to the root of what’s actually going on. My goal is to help everything click in a way that feels clear, approachable, & empowering. Traditional pelvic physical therapy often only scratches the surface of the issue often leading to symptoms that return or never fully resolve. In my years working within that traditional model, I saw this every day-& grew so frustrated that I couldn’t do more for my patients. I opened Rythm to change this & provide a deeper, root-cause approach to pelvic rehab.</image:caption>
