<image:title>Home - Meet the Founder & Pelvic Health Specialist:</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi- I’m Kat! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health. I combine a “whole-body”, & manual approach to therapy so you can overcome your symptoms for good. My goal is to create a warm, safe, & comfortable environment (with an occasional sprinkle of humor when appropriate) where you feel supported, & encouraged throughout your care.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - My Treatment Philosophy</image:title>
<image:caption>I believe in a hands-on, whole-body approach to pelvic rehab because nothing in the body works in isolation. I assess and treat beyond just your pelvic floor—from head to toe, to your daily movement patterns, and day-to-day habits—to really understand the full picture. From there, we connect the dots and get to the root of what’s actually driving your symptoms. My goal is to help everything click in a way that feels clear, approachable, & empowering Traditional pelvic physical therapy often focuses on symptoms without fully addressing why they’re happening. As a result, symptoms may return over time or never fully resolve. During my years working within that model, I saw this every day-and felt frustrated knowing patients deserved more. I opened Rythm to create the kind of care I believed was missing- where patients feel fully cared for, clearly understood, and finally given the time and depth needed to resolve symptoms for good.</image:caption>
