<image:title>Home - Meet the Founder & Pelvic Health Specialist:</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi- I’m Kat! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health. I combine a “whole-body”, & manual approach to care focused on finding the root cause of your symptoms. My goal is to create a warm, safe, & comfortable environment (with an occasional sprinkle of humor when appropriate) where you feel supported, & encouraged throughout your care.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - My Philosophy</image:title>
<image:caption>I believe in an active, hands-on, whole-body approach to care. I’m committed to helping you understand what’s really going on- not just putting a band-aid on your symptoms. I love digging deeper, finding the underlying cause, & helping everything click in a way that feels clear, approachable, & empowering. Traditional physical therapy often only scratches the surface, easing symptoms without uncovering the root of what’s actually going on. When the deeper cause isn’t addressed, symptoms often return or never fully resolve. In my years working within that traditional model, I saw this every day-& grew so frustrated that I couldn’t do more for my patients. I opened Rythm to change this & provide a deeper, root-cause approach to pelvic rehab.</image:caption>
